What We Do

North Hill Apartments, Inc. owns and oversees affordable rental housing in Springfield, Ohio. Our communities include senior apartments, garden apartments, townhouses, duplexes and single-family homes, with floor plans ranging from two to four bedrooms. Residency is open to households meeting income eligibility requirements under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. Income limits apply at the time of the original lease, and residents recertify each year. Day-to-day property management is carried out by NSC Equities, LLC, which handles applications and leasing on our behalf. We are an Equal Housing Opportunity provider.
